    - writing of deeds relating legal actions,
    - writing and filing motions or petitions for proceedings before relevant courts and other public authorities,
    - writing and filing ordinary and extraordinary appeals against the decisions of relevant courts and other public authorities,
    - executing a legal auditing
    - other legal advising based on the agreement with the client

    JUDr. PaedDr. Róbert Monsberger Kozák, an independent attorney-at-law and a member of the Slovak Bar Association under No. 6899.Graduated at Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava (2010), specialisation: Law, and Faculty of Education, Comenius University in Bratislava (2000), specialisation: Psychology and English. He majors in legal advising mainly in the areas of civil law, labour law and commercial law. He speaks fluent English. While practising as an attorney-at-law he also acts as an ad hoc interpreter of the English language in the District court in Liptovský Mikuláš.
